Job Description

We are looking for dedicated Clean Room Assembly Technicians for an electronics manufacturing company in Holly, MI, specializing in the medical device industry. This role offers a great work environment that is clean, quiet, air-conditioned, and compliant with static/electric safety standards. With over 100 openings, there are plenty of opportunities to join and work alongside your friends.

Responsibilities
  • Stand 100% of the time in front of a pneumatic powered assembly/shuttle line.
  • Handle circuit boards and various hardware moved by the pneumatic shuttle.
  • Read job sheets detailing the exact parts and their placement.
  • Place dime and quarter-sized pieces from bins by hand into circuit boards.
  • For Operator A: Stand at workstations placing small parts the size of push tacks on circuit boards.
  • For Operator B: Operate SMT machines or run testing machines on finished boards.
  • For Operator C: Perform soldering work all day.
Essential Skills
  • Minimum 1 year work experience in a production/manufacturing environment for Operator A.
  • Minimum 1 year work experience as a CNC, SMT or PCBA operator, wire harness tech, solderer, electronics repair/assembly, wire puller, or automotive electrical work for Operator B.
  • Minimum 1 year work experience as a solderer for Operator C.
  • Ability to read job sheets.
  • Good hand dexterity and ability to work with small parts.
  • Availability to work on Saturdays.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Stable work history in a production role (no recent jobs under 1 year unless a strong anchor is present within 1-2 years).

Work Environment

The entire production floor is clean room rated, ensuring a quiet and air-conditioned workspace. There are no hi-lo or fork trucks on the floor, as everything is moved by pallet jacks. The facility operates on a 2nd shift from 3 p.m. to 11 p.m. and a 3rd shift from 11 p.m. to 7 a.m., with the requirement to work Saturdays as needed.

This is a Contract position based out of Holly, Michigan.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00
