Job Description

We are seeking four experienced cleanroom assemblers to join our team. This role involves working in a clean room environment where you will be responsible for the light assembly of medical devices, particularly those used in cardiac surgeries. The work is detailed and repetitive but not difficult, with comprehensive training provided for approximately one month.

Responsibilities
  • Perform light assembly of small equipment and components for cardiac surgery devices.
  • Glue together assembled parts and ensure they meet quality standards.
  • Work with hand tools at a table top in a clean, air-conditioned, and quiet environment.
  • Follow detailed instructions and blueprints to complete tasks.
  • Seal and label packages containing up to 25 components.
  • Maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure the precision required for medical devices.
Essential Skills
  • 1-2 years of light assembly experience.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to read and follow blueprints.
  • Experience working in a clean room environment.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience with medical device assembly.
  • Familiarity with hand tools and mechanical assembly.
  • General labor experience in a production setting.

Work Environment

Work takes place in a clean room where employees must be gowned up and can wear headphones and a hair net. The environment is clean, quiet, and air-conditioned. The position follows a 1st shift schedule from 6:30 AM to 3:30 PM Monday through Thursday, and 6:30 AM to 10:30 AM on Friday, with two breaks and a lunch period.
