We are seeking a dedicated Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Bennington, VT, and work with elementary and/or middle/high school students. If you're ready to use your skills to foster growth and independence in students, we want to hear from you

Position Overview:
  • Type: Full-Time, Onsite
  • Location: Bennington, VT
  • Schedule: 35-40 hours per week
  • Start Date: Immediate
  • End Date: June 12th, 2025
  • Caseload: 16 students, with placements in Elementary or Middle/High School
  • Possible Renewalfor 2024-2025 School Year
  • Status: Actively Interviewing Now
What Were Looking For:
  • Certification: An active BCBA Certification is required
  • Experience: While school-based experience is preferred, we value enthusiasm, dedication, and a strong passion for helping students achieve their goals
  • Ability to work collaboratively with educators, staff, and families to implement individualized behavior intervention plans
  • A commitment to building positive, inclusive learning environments for students with diverse behavioral needs
