Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are hiring a Financial Controller to join our logistics company in the Pittsburgh area. In this role, you will oversee our financial processes and ensure compliance, playing a key part in our strategic financial planning without direct reports.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage financial statements, reports, and analyses to provide insights into the company's financial health.
- Oversee budgeting and forecasting processes, collaborating with various departments to gather necessary data.
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles, policies, and regulations.
- Monitor cash flow and manage working capital to optimize financial performance.
- Conduct financial audits and liaise with external auditors as needed.
- Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.

What we are looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (required).
- At least 4 years of experience in accounting or finance.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
