Travel Interventional Radiology (IR) Technologist
Location: Winston-Salem, NC
Schedule: Days, 5x8 hours (Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM)
We are seeking a skilled Travel Interventional Radiology (IR) Technologist for a contract assignment in Winston-Salem, NC. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in interventional radiology procedures and possess the technical skills to support our team in delivering top-notch patient care. This position requires flexibility, adaptability, and a strong focus on safety and quality.
Key Responsibilities- Perform interventional radiology procedures, including but not limited to angiography, biopsies, and catheter placements.
- Assist physicians during procedures by preparing and maintaining equipment, monitoring patients, and providing sterile instruments.
- Ensure optimal imaging quality while adhering to radiation safety protocols.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Collaborate effectively with the healthcare team to provide compassionate patient care.
- ARRT Certification (Aman Registry of Radiologic Technologists)
- BLS (Basic Life Support) & ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) Certifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Interventional Radiology Technologist
- Strong knowledge of interventional radiology equipment, procedures, and sterile techniques
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Contract Length: Varies (typically 13-week assignments, with potential for extension)
- Shift: Days, 5x8 hours (7:00 AM - 3:00 PM)
- Location: Winston-Salem, NC
