Position:Travel Interventional Radiology (IR) Technologist
Location:Winston-Salem, NC
Schedule:Days, 5x8-hour shifts (7:00 AM - 3:00 PM)
Duration:13 weeks

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Interventional Radiology Technologist to join our team in Winston-Salem, NC. As a Travel IR Tech, you will play a crucial role in supporting physicians during minimally invasive procedures, ensuring the highest quality of patient care and safety.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist physicians with interventional radiology procedures, including angiograms, biopsies, and catheter placements.
  • Operate and maintain imaging equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Prepare and position patients for procedures while ensuring their comfort and safety.
  • Monitor patient vitals during procedures and respond to emergencies as needed.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of procedures and patient records.
  • Adhere to strict safety and infection control protocols.

Requirements:

  • Active ARRT certification.
  • Current ACLS and BLS certifications.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Interventional Radiology Technologist.
  • Proficient in the use of radiology imaging equipment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
