At Surpass Behavioral Health, we are dedicated to providing high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children and teens with autism. As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will play a vital role in our team's mission to make a positive impact in the lives of our clients and their families.

We are seeking compassionate professionals who share our passion for delivering exceptional care. In this rewarding role, you will work as a valued member of our therapy teams to provide individualized services to children with autism, working under the direct supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Your responsibilities will include providing individualized therapy services in a 1:1 teaching format to children with autism in a clinical, school, and/or home setting. You will support clients in developing essential skills, promoting independence, and enhancing their quality of life.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including:
