Restaurant Operating Partner Requirements:
- Good tenure as a fast-casual General Manager or Operating Partner
- Experience managing scratch kitchen operations, using fresh ingredients, wide array of items
- Full understanding of driving sales and promoting the business
- Proven developer of people
- In-depth financial acumen
- Great guest service skills
- This position is highly visible, and you must thrive on positive guest interaction
- New restaurant opening experience is strongly preferred
