Location: Calabasas - Hybrid

Seeking a highly skilled and organized Senior Licensing Compliance Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will assist in the development, maintenance, and execution of processes and procedures to ensure company compliance with local jurisdiction licensing codes and ordinances for Residential Property Management, Rental Registrations, Rental Inspections, and New Construction/Development activity. You will collaborate with external business entities, such as City, Village, County, and Assessor personnel, and work across multiple internal departments to maintain compliance across over 1,300 jurisdictions for more than 60,000 rental homes and offices.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in managing compliance processes for residential property management, rental registrations, inspections, and new development.
Interact with external entities and coordinate internal activities to ensure compliance with local licensing codes and ordinances.
Oversee and ensure accurate compliance across over 1,300 jurisdictions.
Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business Management, Business Administration, Data, Math, or related field.
At least 3 years of experience in Compliance, Accounting, Real Estate Management, Property Management, or similar field.
A minimum of 1 year of experience in research and analysis preferred.
Notary license and subject matter expertise in Business Licensing preferred.
Skills and Abilities:

Strong critical thinking and attention to detail.
Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to lead and collaborate effectively within a team.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with SharePoint, Yardi Voyager, and CRM Dynamics preferred.
