Duration: 12-Month Contract (with potential for extension)
Pay Rate: 20.00 - 22.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM

Job Description:
Calling all office superheroes PDS Tech is seeking an Operations Specialist Admin for one of our utility customers in Lawnside, NJ. In this role, you will support day-to-day operational tasks, ensuring smooth administrative processes, accurate data entry, and effective communication. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact in a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.

• Scan and upload documents into appropriate systems.

• Utilize Excel to track and manage data.

• Support operational tasks using various computer systems, including Map Call (experience preferred but not required).

• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively across departments.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in computer skills, including data entry and document management.

• Experience with Excel for basic data manipulation and reporting.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience with Map Call or similar systems.

• Familiarity with document scanning and digital filing processes.

• Prior experience in an administrative or operational support role.

Pay Details: 22.00 to 24.00 per hour
