Customer Service Representative

You are a detail-oriented and proactive professional with exceptional typing skills and a knack for delivering outstanding customer service. Your ability to handle multiple tasks, collaborate with diverse teams, and maintain a positive attitude under pressure makes you an ideal fit for this role.

This position pays: $20–$23/hr 

Location: American Canyon, CA

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM

What you will be doing:

  • Responding promptly and courteously to customer service emails (heavy email correspondence).
  • Exporting and printing wine orders.
  • Collaborating closely with warehouse and shipping partners to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
  • Managing all aspects of exceptional customer service while multitasking effectively.

What you bring:

  • Strong typing skills and proficiency in basic PC and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • A proactive work ethic and the ability to follow instructions and assimilate new information quickly.
  • The physical capability to lift up to 40 lbs.
  • A team-oriented mindset with the ability to work well with diverse personalities.
  • Experience with shipping services (e.g., FedEx, UPS, GLS) is a plus; training is available.
