Job DescriptionJob Description

Responsible for providing technical support, engineering assistance, and training on inspection machines while developing and validating new measurement applications.

Job Responsibilities
  • Represent metrology products to customers and provide in-depth technical support on inspection machines.
  • Demonstrate measurement capabilities to existing and potential clients.
  • Identify and communicate new measurement requirements to the development team.
  • Develop applications and procedures in partnership with software design teams.
  • Perform testing and validation of new or specialized measurement applications.
  • Create comprehensive technical documentation, instructions, and reports.
  • Process customer inquiries and troubleshoot software and machine issues.
  • Train clients and service personnel on equipment programming and usage.
Job Requirements
  • Experience with coordinate measuring machines (CMM), preferably with gear inspection.
  • Proficiency in interpreting engineering drawings and GD&T specifications.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering preferred, with five years of related metrology experience.
  • Background in manufacturing or industrial environments.
  • Experience in training and presenting technical content.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and general software management.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience in manufacturing and inspection of gear components.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with technical systems.
  • Familiarity with software testing and validation processes.


Pay Details: $38.00 to $51.00 per hour
