Paralegal opportunity in the South Bay Robert Half is working with a national firm looking for multiple paralegals to join a growing team These paralegals will primarily work on products liability defense matters, mostly vehicle manufacturer liability . This role involves handling a variety of paralegal duties with a focus on product liability and auto warranty defense.


Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily case activities, ensuring an organized and efficient workflow

• Review, analyze and summarize discovery documents to aid in case preparation

• Provide comprehensive defense litigation support, drawing on your previous experience in this area

• Assist with trial preparations, demonstrating your ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines

• Use litigation support software to manage and track case progress

• Maintain regular communication with attorneys, offering updates and insights on case progress

• Apply your knowledge of civil litigation to contribute to case strategies

• Ensure all work adheres to the highest standards of legal compliance and ethics

• Collaborate closely with other paralegals and legal assistants, fostering a supportive and team-oriented work environment

• Use your experience in insurance defense litigation to provide strategic advice and guidance.

• Applicant must have a minimum of three years experience in a Paralegal role.

• Experience in defense litigation is a key requirement for this role.
