We are in the process of recruiting a Part Time Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our Client's team in New York. In this role, you will be tasked with performing a variety of accounting functions, including managing data entry, recommending cost savings, managing cash flow, and handling a small payroll.


Responsibilities


• Overseeing the implementation of the Oracle NetSuite system, transitioning from QuickBooks

• Performing data entry tasks with high accuracy

• Recommending cost-saving measures to enhance financial performance

• Managing cash flow to ensure financial stability

• Handling a small payroll, ensuring timely and accurate payment

• Overseeing all accounts payable and receivable activities

• Preparing annual budgets and monitoring budget performance

• Conducting cash flow analysis to inform financial decision-making

• Utilizing Accounting Software Systems and Microsoft Excel for various accounting functions

• Must possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in a Full Charge Bookkeeping role.
• Proficiency in using Accounting Software Systems is mandatory.
• Demonstrable skills in Microsoft Excel are required.
• Should possess a comprehensive understanding of Accounting Functions.
• Familiarity with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) is necessary.
• Experience in preparing and managing the Annual Budget is a must.
• Must be capable of conducting Cash Flow Analysis.
