Position: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
Location: North East, MD
Hours: Full Time

Job Details:

Key Responsibilities:

Comprehensive Support:

  • Deliver high-quality speech-language therapy services to students with diverse needs.

Assessment and Intervention:

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations to identify speech and language disorders.
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to address students' communication needs.

Collaboration and Documentation:

  • Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and other professionals to integrate therapy into the educational environment.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions and student progress.

IEP Meeting Participation:

  • Actively participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings to review student progress and update goals.

Requirements:

Educational Background:

  • Masters degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP in Maryland.

Experience:

  • Previous experience in a school setting is preferred but not required.
  • Will consider CFY (Clinical Fellowship Year) candidates.
