About the Role: As a CFY Speech-Language Pathologist, you will have the chance to work closely with students in a school-based setting, providing vital support and services to enhance their communication and language skills. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain invaluable hands-on experience while making a profound impact on the lives of children.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for students
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's needs
  • Provide direct therapy services in individual and group settings
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure a cohesive approach to student support
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of student progress
  • Participate in meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited university
  • Eligibility for Georgia state licensure (or current license)
  • Completion of ASHA-approved clinical practicum
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
