Soliant is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team near Flowery Branch, GA. This role is situated within a school environment, and we are looking for an ideal candidate who can work closely with students to improve their speech and language abilities throughout the upcoming school year.

Position Details:

  • Full-time position
  • Entire upcoming school year commitment
  • Multiple openings available with varying caseloads

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments to identify students' strengths and areas needing improvement in speech and language
  • Create and implement personalized treatment plans based on each student's unique needs and goals
  • Preference for candidates with school-based or pediatric experience, although not mandatory
  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions to enhance articulation, language comprehension, and communication skills
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for each student
  • Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions, progress reports, and treatment plans
  • Participate in meetings, training sessions, and workshops to stay informed about the latest therapy techniques and best practices

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active State Speech-Language Pathology License
  • Previous experience in school-based or pediatric settings is preferred
  • Familiarity with various treatment approaches and modalities, such as AAC, PROMPT, and social communication interventions
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders
  • Proficiency in organizing and managing accurate records, time, and tasks effectively
