Job Description

Candidates will be performing a variety of production tasks in a manufacturing environment. This role involves working on assembly lines, operating machinery, and handling packaging duties.

Responsibilities
  • Perform production tasks efficiently and accurately.
  • Operate and maintain machinery as required.
  • Work on assembly lines to assemble products.
  • Handle packaging and labeling of products.
  • Utilize hand tools and power tools for various tasks.
  • Measure and cut materials using a tape measure.
  • Load and unload materials and products.
  • Troubleshoot mechanical issues and perform basic repairs.
  • Follow blueprints and technical drawings for assembly processes.
Essential Skills
  • Experience in production or general labor.
  • Ability to operate forklifts and other machinery.
  • Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools.
  • Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
  • Familiarity with machine operation and packaging.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience in assembly and machine operating.
  • Knowledge of safety protocols in a manufacturing environment.

Work Environment

The work environment is a manufacturing facility where safety gear must be worn at all times. The role requires standing for long periods and may involve lifting heavy materials. Work hours may include shifts, and overtime may be required. Dress code includes appropriate work attire suitable for a manufacturing setting.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Blythewood, South Carolina.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $19.50
