Job Description

We are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team as Compounders. As a Compounder, you will be responsible for measuring and mixing materials to form batches of products such as soaps, lotions, and body washes for our filling machines. This role requires physical stamina as you will need to lift up to 50 lbs consistently.

Responsibilities

• Measure and mix materials to form product batches.
• Ensure accurate and consistent batch production.
• Operate filling machines and other equipment as needed.
• Follow all safety and quality guidelines to maintain product standards.

Essential Skills

• Experience in manufacturing.
• Forklift operation (not required for pre-weigh).
• Ability to perform basic shop math.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in compounding.
• Experience in batching.
• Experience in chemical operations, sanitation, and troubleshooting.
• Skills in machine operation, assembly, carpentry, auto mechanics, construction, blending, and packaging.

Work Environment

This role is based in a very clean and climate-controlled FDA-regulated manufacturing environment. The facility is large, with over 200 individuals working on-site, providing a dynamic and collaborative work atmosphere.
