We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Location:

2150 W Pinnacle Peak Road Phoenix, AZ 85027

Contract to Hire opportunity: The Company's goal is to hire permanently after 90 days

TRAINING: 7 weeks- Mon-Fri 8:30am-5pm (Attendance is Crucial)

Shift Information:

  • Once Training is completed shifts range from 2pm-4am (includes weekend work) always 2 days off each week.
  • Example: 3pm-11:30pm Sunday/Monday/Wednesday/Thursday/Friday (Tue/Sat OFF)
  • Excellent attendance is crucial

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound calls and provide prompt, accurate, and efficient customer service
  • Research and resolve customer issues independently
  • Navigate multiple systems and tools to access customer information
  • Adhere to strict quality and compliance standards
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs
  • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve shared goals

Qualifications:

  • 6 months of customer service experience (retail, call center, or similar)
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Positive attitude and a passion for helping others
