Job Description

We are now hiring for production operators in Biddeford. In this role, you will be operating high-heat production equipment used in the production of various products. This role will require you to be fitted for a respirator and hoisted in the air to complete tasks. You must be able to lift 50+ lbs on a consistent basis. The work environment is adverse, and you will be working with products that leave residue on your hands and clothes. Ideal candidates have 6 months or more experience working in a hands-on labor setting.

Responsibilities
  • Operate high-heat production equipment.
  • Be fitted for and wear a respirator during tasks.
  • Perform tasks at heights as needed.
  • Lift 50+ lbs consistently.
  • Work with products that leave residue on hands and clothes.
Essential Skills
  • Experience in production, general labor, construction, machine operation, or general production.
  • Comfortable working at heights and wearing a respirator.
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs.
  • Attention to detail and reliability.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • 6 months or more of general labor, manufacturing, or relatable experience.
  • Ability to work a 4 on 4 off schedule, 12-hour shifts.

Work Environment

You will be working with carbon products in a high-heat environment. Expect to encounter lots of black dust and dirt on your hands and clothes. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as respirators, hard hats, and steel-toed shoes must be worn.
