Our client,  a brand new distribution firm in Orange County is seeking an experienced Inventory Control Clerk to join their team. As a inventory control member, you will be part of the the operations team supporting the proper movement and accounting of items/product. The ideal candidate will have inventory experience, have elevated math skills and excellent attention to detail which will align successfully in the organization.

 

Job Title: Inventory Control Clerk

Location: Goshen, NY

Pay Range: $18-20/hr

 

What’s the Job?

  • Ability to verify case count and visibly identifying deferring characteristic on product sku 
  • Strong attention to detail with ability to identify discrepancies and communicate with staff
  • Experience using Zebra printers and RF scanners.  Knowledge of Warehouse Management System a must.
  • Bilingual is preferred English as a primary is a must
  • Ability to articulate problems to Buyers and Customer Service 

 

What’s Needed?

  • Proven experience in inventory control systems in a warehouse/distribution setting
  • Able to read/solve math problems with correct solution
  • Ability to work in freezer temp when needed
  • Ability to communicate issues with different departments
