As a Bilingual Armenian Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat interactions in both Armenian and English. You will assist with customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate information while ensuring a positive experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats in both Armenian and English.
  • Provide assistance, answer questions, and resolve customer concerns with professionalism and empathy.
  • Accurately record customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in the company’s CRM system.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure timely and effective resolution of issues.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and policies to offer accurate information.
  • Meet or exceed performance targets, including call quality, response time, and customer satisfaction.


Qualifications:

  • Fluent in Armenian and English .
  • Previous experience in a call center, customer service, or similar role is preferred, but not required.
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
  • Ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software or call center systems.
