Job DescriptionJob Description

We are seeking a skilled Equipment Technician to join our team in Milpitas, CA. The ideal candidate will have experience with PCB manufacturing equipment and a basic understanding of programming Fuji software, including Flexa and Nexim.

Responsibilities:

  • Understand and program Fuji software (Flexa, Nexim).
  • Perform comprehensive equipment troubleshooting and maintenance tasks, such as unloading nozzles.
  • Work with SMT (Surface-Mount Technology) and wave soldering processes.
  • Execute preventive maintenance and repairs to ensure optimal equipment performance.
  • Collaborate with the production team to resolve technical issues promptly.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment adhering to 5S principles.

Requirements:

  • Basic programming knowledge of Fuji software (Flexa, Nexim).
  • Strong understanding of PCB manufacturing equipment.
  • Experience with SMT and wave soldering processes.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and perform maintenance on equipment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational skills and adherence to safety protocols.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00
