What's the Job?
- Supervise and lead a team of customer service representatives to ensure exceptional customer service is provided to all customers
- Monitor and evaluate team performance to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient and effective operations
- Maintain accurate records and reports on team performance and customer feedback
- Assist with training and development of new team members

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service supervisory role
