Job Description:
Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a dedicated Travel Nuclear Medicine Technologist to join a premier medical facility in Rochester, NY. This role involves working day shifts and provides an excellent opportunity for a skilled technologist to contribute their expertise in a supportive and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform nuclear medicine procedures, including imaging and diagnostic studies.
  • Prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals as required.
  • Ensure high-quality imaging and patient safety throughout procedures.
  • Accurately document imaging results and manage patient records.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver exceptional diagnostic services.
  • Maintain and operate nuclear medicine equipment following safety and quality standards.

Qualifications:

  • Certification in Nuclear Medicine Technology (NMTCB or ARRT (N)) required.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist.
  • Ability to work the scheduled day shifts.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA).
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screen in accordance with Joint Commission standards.
