Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift: Day Shift, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (Monday - Friday)
Job Description:
Sunbelt Staffing is looking for an experienced Travel Radiology Technologist to join a premier medical facility in Rochester, NY. This position offers the opportunity to work full-time day shifts and apply your expertise in a supportive and dynamic setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct a variety of radiology procedures, including moderate sedation, OR, ED trauma, and fluoroscopy exams.
- Operate fluoroscopy equipment and manage portable CARM procedures effectively.
- Ensure high-quality imaging and patient safety throughout all exams.
- Collaborate with the medical team to deliver exceptional diagnostic services.
- Maintain and operate radiology equipment in adherence to safety and quality protocols.
- Participate in rotating weekday on-call responsibilities and weekend shifts as required.
Qualifications:
- ARRT Certification required.
- New York State Department of Health (NYS DOH) Rad Tech Licensure required.
- Strong experience in fluoroscopy and OR settings is essential.
- Recent acute care or surgery center experience with portable CARM experience preferred.
- Ability to work full-time day shifts (8:00 AM - 4:30 PM) Monday through Friday.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA).
- Must pass a background check and drug screen in accordance with Joint Commission standards.
