Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Utility Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with boilers, compressors, steam valves, water pumps, and water softeners. This role is crucial to maintaining the efficiency and safety of our facilities' operations.

Responsibilities
  • Operate and maintain boilers, compressors, steam valves, water pumps, and water softeners.
  • Perform regular inspections and preventive maintenance on all equipment.
  • Troubleshoot and repair equipment issues to ensure optimal performance.
  • Monitor and adjust equipment to maintain efficient and safe operations.
  • Document all maintenance activities and repairs accurately.
Essential Skills
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with boilers.
  • Proficiency in handling air, water, and steam systems.
  • Strong troubleshooting and repair skills.
  • Ability to perform regular inspections and preventive maintenance.
  • Excellent documentation and record-keeping abilities.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience with 900hp compressors.
  • Knowledge of facilities maintenance.

Work Environment

This is a day shift position. The work environment includes working with boilers, compressors, steam valves, water pumps, and water softeners. Safety is a priority, and proper attire must be worn at all times.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of NA, Texas.
