What You’ll Be Doing:

Client Support: Research and provide answers to client policy and coverage questions, ensuring clarity and satisfaction.
Marketing & Quoting: Market and quote new business, as well as renewals and audits, while managing multiple carrier underwriters and insurance products.
Proposal & Documentation: Prepare detailed proposals, insurance coverage summaries, and binders, policies, certificates, endorsements, and renewals.
Data Management: Maintain up-to-date and accurate information in the agency management system to ensure smooth operations.
Collaboration: Work closely with underwriters and other team members to deliver top-notch service and meet client needs.
What We’re Looking For:

Experience: Minimum of 2 years in the insurance industry, with a focus on property and casualty coverage.
Required Skills:
Strong technical knowledge of insurance products and niche markets.
Exceptional communication skills (both verbal and written) to interact with clients and underwriters.
Ability to process complex information and respond in a timely, accurate manner.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and agency management systems.
A strong sense of dependability, professionalism, and honesty.
Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities efficiently.
