Location: Pittsburgh, PA

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated MRI Technologist to join our team for a travel assignment in Pittsburgh, PA. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic healthcare environment, providing high-quality MRI scans to patients while traveling to different facilities.

As a Travel MRI Tech, you will be responsible for performing MRI scans, ensuring patient safety and comfort, and working closely with the medical team to provide the best diagnostic results. You will need to have a minimum of 2 years of MRI experience and be comfortable working in various hospital or outpatient settings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform MRI scans in a safe and efficient manner
  • Position patients properly and provide assistance throughout the procedure
  • Ensure the safety and comfort of patients during the MRI process
  • Work closely with physicians and healthcare staff to ensure proper diagnostic imaging
  • Maintain accurate patient records and reports
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines
  • Travel to various healthcare facilities as required
Required Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of MRI experience
  • ARRT (MRI) Certification
  • BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification
  • Active MRI License in the state of Pennsylvania
  • Ability to travel on short notice and adapt to new environments
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team setting
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in both hospital and outpatient settings
  • Additional certifications such as ARRT (Radiography), or ARRT (CT) are a plus
