We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for behavioral therapy and patient care, with a focus on applied behavior analysis in a healthcare setting. This position offers the opportunity to work with children and make a positive impact on their lives. As we are a startup, we are looking for people to join early with an ability to make a real impact for our team as we grow.

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Duties

  • Conduct patient assessments to develop individualized behavior plans
  • Implement behavioral interventions and strategies based on applied behavior analysis principles
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care - Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations - Provide behavioral health services to children, focusing on positive outcomes

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Skills and Qualifications:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • Experience working with children in a healthcare or educational setting
  • Proficiency in behavioral therapy techniques and applied behavior analysis
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and patient assessment procedures - Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
