Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Sacaton, AZ

ProCare Therapy is partnering with a top school district in Sacaton, AZ, to find a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for the 2024-2025 school year. This full-time position offers a chance to make a significant impact on students' lives while enjoying a supportive work environment.

Position Details:

  • Role: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Location: Sacaton, AZ
  • Employment Type: Full-time (40 hours/week)
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday, Onsite
  • Caseload: K-12
  • Duration: 2024-2025 school year
  • Additional: Opportunities for renewal

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement behavior intervention plans based on functional behavior assessments (FBAs)
  • Provide training and support to staff
  • Collaborate with educators and families to create inclusive learning environments
  • Manage behavior that is unsafe or inappropriate
  • Assist students exhibiting challenging behaviors and support staff working with them
  • Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments

Qualifications:

  • BCBA Certification
  • Masters degree or higher in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or related field
  • Background Check
