ProCare Therapy is seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join their team in Sacaton, AZ.
Job SummaryThis is a full-time position (40 hours/week) that requires a Master's degree or higher with specialization in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans, providing training and support to staff, and collaborating with educators and families to create inclusive learning environments.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement behavior intervention plans based on functional behavior assessments (FBAs)
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate students' behavioral strengths and challenges
- Assist in the management of behavior that is deemed unsafe or inappropriate
- Work directly with students who exhibit inappropriate behaviors and provide support and professional learning for staff
- Collaborate with educators and families to create inclusive learning environments
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst Certification
- Master's degree or higher with specialization in ABA
