Now Hiring: BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) in Stoneham, MA (Part-Time)

We are seeking a dedicated BCBA to join our team in Stoneham, MA, for the 2024 school year. This part-time position (24-26 hours per week) focuses on middle school students, providing direct and consultative therapeutic services in a collaborative school environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct behavioral assessments, including Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA)
  • Develop and implement behavior plans for students with autism and social-emotional-behavioral needs
  • Consult with teachers, ABA techs, and other staff to ensure effective behavior analytic interventions
  • Provide ongoing support to special education teachers in classrooms requiring specialized instruction

Requirements:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • Registration with the Massachusetts Board of Registration of Allied Mental Health and Human Services Professionals
