Behavior Therapist

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Behavior Technician. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children with autism.

In this role, you will work one-on-one with children, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You will use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing interfering behaviors.

We are looking for candidates who are passionate about helping children with autism reach their full potential. You will need to be patient, empathetic, and able to work well in a team environment. We will provide comprehensive training so that you are equipped and empowered to help each child, even if you don't currently have experience.

As a Behavior Technician, you will be responsible for:

• Implementing behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a BCBA
• Teaching communication, social, and daily living skills to children with autism
• Reducing interfering behaviors using evidence-based techniques
• Working one-on-one with children in a variety of settings
• Collaborating with a team of professionals to provide comprehensive support to children and families
