Job Title: Inpatient Hospital Pharmacist (PRN)

Location: Lamar, CO
Term of Assignment: PRN (as needed, with training opportunities)
Shifts: 1st Shift, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday (or similar)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Inpatient Hospital Pharmacist to join our team in Lamar, CO. This is a flexible PRN role with no set dates, providing the opportunity to work in a supportive hospital environment while contributing to high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pharmacy Oversight: Manage and oversee all pharmacy operations within the inpatient setting.
  • Tech Supervision: Supervise pharmacy technicians to ensure efficient workflow and compliance with standards.
  • IV Compounding: Perform IV compounding using 797 and 800 techniques to meet patient needs safely and effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Inpatient hospital pharmacy experience is required.
  • IV Compounding: Familiarity with IV compounding techniques (797 and 800) is essential.
  • Licensure: Current Colorado pharmacist license is mandatory.
  • Background Check: Must have no significant background issues (no DUIs, etc.).
