Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Inpatient Hospital Pharmacist to join our team at RPh on the Go. This PRN position offers flexibility with no fixed dates, allowing you to engage in a collaborative hospital environment while delivering exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Leadership: Oversee all pharmacy operations within the inpatient setting, ensuring optimal functionality.
  • Team Supervision: Lead and support pharmacy technicians, ensuring adherence to workflow efficiency and regulatory standards.
  • IV Compounding: Execute IV compounding following 797 and 800 standards to ensure patient safety and satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Must have prior experience in an inpatient hospital pharmacy.
  • IV Compounding Skills: Proficiency in IV compounding techniques (797 and 800) is essential.
  • Licensure: A valid Colorado pharmacist license is required.
  • Background Check: Candidates must have a clean background with no significant issues.
