Responsibilities:


• Efficiently handle customer inquiries and conflicts, providing top-notch customer service.

• Process freight carriers and shipping procedures, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.

• Use MS Excel and other Microsoft Office Suite applications to maintain and update customer records.

• Demonstrate strong communication skills to interact with customers and team members effectively.

• Operate in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks simultaneously and adjusting priorities as needed.

• Utilize dispatching skills to manage and coordinate logistics operations.

• Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions based on account status.

• Process customer credit applications with accuracy and efficiency.

• Maintain detailed and accurate customer credit records.

• Leverage logistics skills to optimize shipping and receiving processes.

• Excellent customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups
• Proficiency in MS Excel to manage data and generate reports
• Experience in dispatching, managing the scheduling and routing of deliveries
• Knowledge of logistics, understanding the flow of goods from suppliers to customers
• Familiarity with shipping and receiving procedures, ensuring smooth and timely transportation of goods
• Experience with freight carriers, coordinating with various vendors for transportation needs
