What to Expect in This Speech-Language Pathologist Role: As a Bilingual Speech-Language Pathologist, your day will be filled with engaging and impactful work. You will conduct expressive and receptive language assessments, create comprehensive evaluations, and develop individualized treatment plans for students. Your role will be crucial in enhancing students communication skills, focusing on both Spanish and English speakers. This position will require excellent documentation, collaboration with school staff, and participation in IEP meetings to ensure all students needs are met.

Qualifications:

  • Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Active Speech-Language Pathologist license in Washington.
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English.
  • Must pass a fingerprint and drug screening.

Pay & Benefits:

  • Highly competitive compensation: $43 to $52 per hour based on experience.
  • This is a 1099 independent contractor position.
  • No benefits or 401(k) are provided as this is a 1099 role.

Interview Process:

  • A 10-15 minute screening call with a ProCare Therapy Recruiter.
  • A 20-30 minute virtual interview with the school district.
  • Offers are typically extended within 24-48 hours of the virtual interview.
