Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Supervisor for the 2nd shift in our manufacturing plant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing production processes, ensuring efficiency, and leading a team to meet production goals.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of production workers on the 2nd shift.
  • Implement and monitor production schedules to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols and company policies.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency.
  • Monitor and maintain quality standards for all products.
  • Provide training and development opportunities for team members.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
  • Resolve any production-related issues promptly.
Essential Skills
  • 3-5 years of production supervisor experience in a manufacturing plant.
  • Strong knowledge of production management and supervision.
  • Experience with lean manufacturing principles.
  • Proven ability to improve processes and drive efficiency.

Work Environment

The position involves working in a manufacturing plant during the 2nd shift. You will be part of a team-oriented environment that emphasizes safety, quality, and continuous improvement. The dress code is business casual, and all necessary safety equipment will be provided.
