Here’s what you’ll be doing:

The Service Contracts Proposal Specialist prepares customized service contract proposals for medical equipment maintenance, collaborating with sales to ensure accurate, compliant, and customer-focused solutions.

  • Prepare and develop service contract proposals, including renewals, warranty conversions, and pricing for large account agreements.
  • Collaborate with sales to analyze complex contract requirements, provide alternative solutions, and ensure compliance with regulations and policies.
  • Support continuous improvement by streamlining processes, coaching team members, and participating in project development.

Here’s what you’ll have:

  • 3–5 years of experience in sales support within customer service and/or proposal development
  • Proficiency in SAP, Salesforce.com
