Job Description: This full-time, onsite position involves working 30+hours per week within a school-based environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Paraprofessional and RBT support within elementary or middle schoolspecial education classrooms
  • Must be comfortable working with moderate to severe disabilities and behaviors

Job Requirements:

  • RBT Certification is preferred
  • PEL
  • CPI Training

Interview Process:

  1. 10-15 minute screening call with a ProCare Recruiter.
  2. 20-30 minute virtual or in-person interview with the school district.
  3. Offer is typically made within 24 hours of the virtual interview.
