We are looking for a dedicated and supportive School Paraprofessional to join our team in Monticello, WI. In this role, you will assist teachers in creating a positive, engaging learning environment, supporting students with academic, social, and emotional needs. Key Responsibilities:

• Support classroom teachers by assisting with lesson implementation and classroom management
• Work with individual students or small groups to provide focused support and guidance
• Assist students with special needs in both academic and daily activities
• Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teachers
• Help maintain an inclusive, safe, and positive learning environment

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required (Associates degree or higher in Education or a related field preferred)
• Previous experience working with children or in a school setting is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team and take direction from teaching staff
• Passion for helping students achieve their full potential
