RPh on the Go is seeking an experienced Pharmacist in Charge with at least 3 years of managerial experience and 2 years of recent long-term care experience to lead our pharmacy team. The ideal candidate will oversee pharmacy operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and manage staff to deliver high-quality care in a long-term care environment.

Shift: Variable

Responsibilities:
Oversee daily pharmacy operations and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
Manage and train pharmacy staff, promoting a culture of excellence and accountability
Dispense medications and review patient medication plans for long-term care patients
Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient outcomes
Ensure accurate inventory management and maintain accurate records

Qualifications:
PharmD degree from an accredited institution
Active Pharmacist license
Minimum of 3 years of management experience and 2 years of recent long-term care experience
Strong leadership and communication skills
