Construction Company in Anaheim is looking for an experienced AP Specialist

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience of full cycle accounting

  • 3 -way Match of invoices
  • Handling expense reports
  • Heavy vendor interaction
  • Research and resolution of discrepencies
  • Strong communication skills - written and verbal
  • Strong Excel including v-lookups and pivot tables

  • This role is fully in office
