Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Financial Clerk Coordinator to join our team at VQ Orthocare. The ideal candidate will have 2 years of experience in AP and be proficient in software such as Word, Excel, and other standard MS Office Programs.

Responsibilities:
  • Process company invoices in Microsoft Navision for specified vendor accounts through full cycle accounts payable according to department procedures.
  • Manage internal control functions related to AP, including invoice analysis, account coding, problem resolution, month-end reconciliation, and final review of vouchers.
  • Process business expense reports and reimbursements, including full audit and receipt reconciliation, accurate approvals, and interacting with employees and management to ensure compliance with expense regulations and policy.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of AP experience.
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, and other standard MS Office Programs.
  • Experience with Microsoft Navision is preferred.
  • High School Diploma/GED required; Associate's degree preferred.
Work Environment:

The work environment is that of a typical office setting with controlled temperature and humidity. Ambient noise levels are consistent and generally low to moderate.

Estimated Salary:

$45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
