Resident Director Requirements/Responsibilities:

  • Oversee food service operations, budgeting, and team management
  • Ensure compliance with food quality, safety, and customer service standards
  • Strong background in culinary arts and 3+ years of food service management
  • Proficiency in budgeting, inventory management, and client presentations
  • Positive, hands-on leadership style with excellent communication skills
