Senior Project Manager/Civil Engineer

Overview:
Join us as a Senior Project Manager/Civil Engineer and lead impactful engineering projects that make a difference in the community. You’ll oversee project planning, scheduling, and execution, while guiding a team of professionals to success in a positive, flexible environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage engineering projects, including team direction and coordination
  • Develop work plans, schedules, and budgets
  • Ensure quality control and conformance with specifications
  • Lead technical and financial aspects of projects
  • Build and maintain client relationships
  • Support project acquisition and proposal efforts
  • Conduct site visits and resolve construction challenges

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
  • Licensed Professional Engineer
  • Experience with LADOT projects and public outreach is a plus
  • Proficient in design software (MicroStation preferred)
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
