Key Responsibilities

This is a challenging opportunity for a motivated and experienced professional to join our team. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating the acquisition of property rights necessary for transportation and municipal infrastructure projects;
  • Establishing relationships with landowners and their representatives;
  • Working closely with civil engineers, surveyors, municipal clients, attorneys, appraisers, and title companies;
  • Ensuring that real estate contractual acquisition policies, procedures, and work standards are being followed;
  • Reviewing documents and reports for accuracy and completeness;
  • Representing Waggoner at meetings with public officials, other Project/Program Management Team members, and property owners;

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000-$110,000 per year, depending on experience.
