Key Responsibilities:
- Provide customized wealth management solutions, including financial planning, estate planning, and retirement strategies for high-net-worth clients.
- Actively manage and grow a portfolio of client assets, ensuring personalized attention and financial strategy alignment.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through regular reviews, performance updates, and market outlook discussions.
- Stay current with market trends, economic developments, and regulatory changes that impact client portfolios and strategies.
- Develop new business by networking and sourcing leads through client referrals, seminars, and community involvement.
- Collaborate with internal departments to provide a full range of financial services, from tax planning to insurance solutions.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree or CFP preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in wealth management or financial advisory roles, with a track record of client retention and growth.
- AUM Requirement: Minimum $5M in client assets under management.
- Series 7 and 66 (or 63/65) licenses required; CFP, CFA, or ChFC designation highly preferred.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a consultative approach to client relationships.
- Deep knowledge of investment products, retirement strategies, tax planning, and estate planning.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales and performance targets.
